Here is how you can qualify:

To qualify for the Sapphire Dream Car Program, all you need to do is achieve Sapphire 3 out of 6 consecutive months or reach Ruby once. And that’s how easy it is.

And now to the fine details:

Kyäni Car Program Promotion: 1 January, 2022 – 31 December, 2022

To qualify to participate at the Sapphire Level, a Business Partner must achieve the Paid-as rank of Sapphire three times in a six-month period or achieve the Paid-as rank of Ruby or higher once. In the event, a Business Partner achieves the Rank of Sapphire in their first 31 days this will be counted as their first month. The second qualification month cannot be any earlier than the next full calendar month after the 31-day period.

Upon meeting this qualification, the Business Partner has the option to apply for a cash payout, accrue funds, or receive the car program payment. A Business Partner must log in to their Kyäni Backoffice to choose their desired option. By default, they are entered into the accrual option. 

Sapphire Cash: Upon qualifying for the Sapphire Level and choosing the cash option, every month the Business Partner reaches the month-end paid-as rank of Sapphire or higher they will receive a A$375/NZ$405 cash payout. If you fall below month-end paid-as rank Sapphire, you will not receive a cash payment for that month.

Sapphire Accrual: Upon qualifying for the Sapphire Level and choosing the accrual option (or automatically being placed there by default) the Business Partner will accrue a monthly amount of A$625/NZ$675 per month. The Business Partner may accrue for a maximum of twenty-four calendar months from the date the Business Partner qualified for the Sapphire level program. The maximum accrual possible is A$15,000 (A$625 x 24 = A$15,000) or NZ$16,200 (NZ$675 x 24 = NZ$16,200). Any month the Business Partner drops below Sapphire no accrual amount will be awarded.

• If the Business Partner remains qualified, they may elect to change their option to the cash or car option at any time during the twenty-four months. If the Business Partner enrols in the cash option or falls out of the Sapphire Level with a paid-as rank Distributor or higher the accrual amounts will be paid at the cash rate.
• If at the end of the twenty-four-month period, the Business Partner has not chosen the car option the Business Partner will be paid out at the cash option rate and will thereafter be enrolled in the cash option of the Sapphire Program.

Sapphire Car: Upon qualifying for the Sapphire Level and choosing the car option, the Business Partner will receive notification of qualification and the relevant information.

After receiving notification, the Business Partner must submit the signed Kyäni Car Program Agreement form and documentation for the proposed purchase or lease to Kyäni for approval. The Business Partner will automatically be placed on accrual until the paperwork is received either choosing cash or the car option.

Once all required documents have been received, Kyäni will begin payments under the Sapphire Car option. A one-time down payment of A$1250/NZ$1350 will be paid to the Business Partner upon purchase or lease of an approved vehicle. The down payment will only be made once after the Business Partner meets the qualifications. Should the Business Partner elect to lease or purchase a new car and receive a down payment of A$1250/NZ$1350 the Business Partner will receive no additional payment that month. If the Business Partner falls out of the Kyäni Car program and re-qualifies at a later date no additional down payment will be given. Each month after the down payment, the Business Partner earns the month-end paid-as rank of Sapphire or higher they will receive the Sapphire Car bonus of A$625/NZ$675. Any rank below Sapphire will not earn a bonus. The Business Partner must be at the minimum qualifying rank in the month that they enrol in the Sapphire Level of the program to receive their first payment.

Car Program Transition for 2022

Current Ruby Car Program at the Sapphire Level Qualifiers

Any eligible Business Partner who was enrolled in the Ruby Car Program at the Sapphire level as of 31 December, 2021, will be eligible for the Kyäni Sapphire Car Program Promotion when they complete the requirements. November 2021 & December 2021 month-end paid-as ranks will be used towards qualifying for the Kyäni Sapphire Car Program Promotion.

Business Partners must achieve the month-end paid-as rank of Ruby or higher twice within a rolling six-month period by June 2022 and enrol an eligible vehicle into the Kyäni Sapphire Car Program Promotion by July 2022 to receive any bank payments they earned while in the Ruby Car Program at the Sapphire Level.

Current Ruby Car Program Qualifiers

Any eligible Business Partner who is enrolled in the Ruby Car Program as of 31 December, 2021, will remain on their current program in 2022 unless they fall below the month-end paid-as rank of Ruby once. Upon falling below Ruby they will be dropped to the Kyäni Sapphire Car program promotion.

Current Sapphire Car Program Qualifiers 

Any eligible Business Partners enrolled in the old Sapphire Car program as of 31 December, 2021, will remain on their current program.

Additional Information

• Kyäni reserves the right to amend this promotion at any time.
• Moved volume is not eligible for the bonus.
• The awards/prizes are not transferable to another person.
• The interpretation, decision, and computation of the points of this promotion by Kyäni are final and are not subject to review.
• A Business Partner who meets the qualifications for this promotion must be an active Business Partner in good standing with Kyäni at the time of the promotion in order to participate. 
• Kyäni reserves the right to withhold final approval of all winners pending verification of compliance with company policies and contest rules. Any returns by Customers or Business Partners that result in dropped rank will disqualify the Business Partners from the additional down payment.
• If any of the winners are corporation, limited liability company, or partnership, said entity shall be entitled to one award.
• In the case of any discrepancy between the meanings of any translated versions of this document the meaning of the English Language version shall be used.
