Amare Global has acquired Kyäni to enter into a powerful strategic partnership focused on blessing the lives of millions of people around the world. As one family, we’d love for you to get to know your new Amare family members throughout the world. Together, we can grow our purpose-driven movement together.

What happens next?

Business will operate as usual, including in all international markets. Please keep sharing the Kyäni products and amazing business opportunity that you all love. It will take some time to work through the many details of the transition and business integration. More details will be provided, including a roadmap outlining the next 30-60-90 days, and we promise to keep you updated along the way.

Who will be running the company?

Kyäni will now become a part of Amare and be managed by the executive management team of Amare Global—which now includes some familiar faces you know and love from Kyäni. Kyäni Co-Founder Carl Taylor and the widows of Kyäni’s late co-founders Kirk and Jim, Rebecca Hansen and LeAnn Hansen, are shareholders of Amare. Carl will serve on the Board of Directors at Amare. Kyäni CEO Katy Holt-Larsen will continue as the new Chief Impact Officer on the executive team at Amare and many of the other corporate leaders at Kyäni will join Amare and continue their support of this amazing movement.

What will happen to Carl Taylor and Katy Holt-Larsen?

What will happen to the Kyäni executive team and their employees?

Will the compensation plan change?

Business will operate as usual, including the compensation plan at this time. It will take some time to work through the many details of the transition and business integration. More details will be provided, including a roadmap outlining the next 30-60-90 days as our team integrates both companies.

Will there be an organisational restructure under the Amare field umbrella?

As part of the transition process, an organisational restructure will be completed and evaluated on a case-by-case basis. It will take some time to work through the many details of the transition and business integration. More details will be provided, including a roadmap outlining the next 30-60-90 days.

 Who will manage the Amare’s markets?

Oliver Dibblee, EVP of Global Sales, will oversee the US market and general global sales initiatives. Michael Breshears will serve as the Regional President of the Asia region, with all general managers of individual markets reporting to him. Travis Miller will serve as the Regional President of the Americas, Europe, Middle East, Africa, Australia and New Zealand. Just like our markets at Amare, Kyäni’s international markets will continue to operate business as usual. Several corporate employees from Kyäni have joined Amare and will continue to work with the same teams and international markets. It will take some time to work through the many details of the transition and business integration. More details will be provided, including a roadmap outlining the next 30-60-90 days. 

What will happen to the Kyäni headquarters building in Idaho Falls?

A key element of Amare culture is to create work/life balance for employees. We are a 100% work-from-home company. We will not retain the Kyäni headquarters in Idaho Falls, Idaho. All employees will be equipped as needed to enable them to work remotely.

What will happen to Kyäni sales promotions and incentive trips?

All promotions currently in progress will continue through the end of December 31, 2022. All incentive trips that have been announced will continue through December 31, 2022. We are working through the details of this transition over the next 90 days and will be provided a roadmap as we evaluate all programs.

Car/ Lifestyle Program

This program will continue through December 31, 2022. Further communications about this incentive will be announced in our 30-60-90 days roadmap.

KV

At this time, the KV program will continue. It will take some time to work through the many details of the transition and business integration. More details will be provided, including a roadmap outlining the next 30-60-90 days.

Executive Trip

The Executive Trip will be honoured. Further communications about this incentive trip will be announced in our 30-60-90 days roadmap.

What will happen to the Spring into Action Promotion?

The Spring into Action promotion will still be honoured. Now is the time to continue to work hard, share the vision and be rewarded through this fantastic promotion.  

What will happen to the Vision Fund?

At this time, the Vision Fund will continue. We are working through the details of this transition over the next 90 days and will be provided a roadmap as we evaluate all programs.

Will I be able to keep my Lifetime Rank?

At this time, the Lifetime Rank Recognition Program will continue. Recognition rank for 2023 will be based off the highest rank achieved in 2022. We are working through the details of this transition over the next 90 days and will be providing a roadmap as we evaluate all programs.

What will happen to the Caring Hands Foundation?

Caring Hands will continue to operate through Amare Global and continue to make a positive impact in the world. Katy Holt-Larsen, in her capacity as Chief Impact Officer, will oversee the Caring Hands Foundation, along with several other important social impact projects. Gabby Sanchez, the President of Sales at Amare, is from Chiapas, Mexico and is working with Katy to fulfil its mission.

What will happen to the Potato Packs Program?

We are working through the details of this transition over the next 90 days and will be providing a roadmap as we evaluate all programs.

Will Kyäni be able to participate in Amare’s International Convention?

We’d love to welcome Kyäni Business Partners to our convention in Salt Lake City in-person, or through our remote experience. Amare’s International Convention will be held on October 14 and 15. For more information, please visit https://amareevents.com/. 

Will I still be able to sell Kyäni, Triangle of Health, Nitro Nutrition products?

Yes. Business will operate as usual. We are working through the details of this transition over the next 90 days and will be providing a roadmap as we evaluate all products and programs.

When can we begin selling Amare products?

For now, you will continue selling Kyäni products until the back-office systems are integrated and other necessary logistics are in place. We are working through the details of this transition over the next 90 days and will be providing a roadmap as we evaluate all products and programs.

Is it Amare or Amare Global?

Amare Global is the official name of the company, however, you will often see it referred to as Amare. The word “Amare” means love in Latin.
