Leaders Spotlight – Meet George Yuan

Please welcome 袁 點, George Yuan in our next episode. 

George is not only an exceptional leader nurturing a close-knit team but a perfect ambassador of life-long learning.   

What do you love most about Kyäni?

What impresses me most about Kyäni is its products. 

I joined Kyäni very early on and I have been using the Triangle of Health Pack every day for many years now, without ever skipping a day. Kyäni taught me to think about my health in a different way. I enjoy vitality and my overall health has improved as I implemented a consistent use of products into my daily routine. I trust my health to Kyäni.  

I love the quality of Kyäni products. I feel they are highly effective and simple to use. These are attributes I could not find at any other company. The products, coupled with excellent business opportunities, have connected me closely with Kyäni Corporation.

What are the key cornerstones you would like to achieve personally or with your Kyäni Team?

“Caring” is the key to a close-knit team, working together at all times. This year we are still coping with the pandemic. Although I cannot have direct contact with my team, as their leader, the virtual interaction between me and the members has not decreased. My wife and I spend at least 4 hours a day connecting with team members. We deliver our greetings, product information, and other information from the company and work on our team dynamics every day by helping them solve various problems and difficulties.

It is this mutual care that knits our team in unity, and creates stability, health and development.

Please share your thoughts on the importance of “life-long learning”. 

“Life-long learning” is the most important way to maintain intellectual development, and then obtain a healthy and long life.

I re-entered university at 69 and started my Ph.D. studies in Law. 

No doubt my improved overall health significantly contributed to the confidence to take up and trust to conclude a university course at my age. I am now in my final year and this confidence accompanied me all throughout my studies. It has been an experience that is beyond magical.

What drives you to be the incredibly caring leader, who we know you are?

The basic driving force that encourages me to care for everyone in my business is to provide the opportunity for more people to be as healthy and happy as I am.

No doubt, George’s leadership values and his approach to life-long learning are in perfect harmony with Kyäni’s values.
