Kyäni Diamonds, Rick and Janeane Kearney of South Australia are one of the founders of our Kyäni ANZ market. They are most definitely a huge part of our success, helping to launch Kyäni in Australia at the very beginning in December 2014.
Rick and Janeane are phenomenal leaders, incredibly supportive of their team and the wider Kyäni Community. They have been active supporters of Caring Hands and maintain generous monthly Potato Pak Donations.
Today in our Leaders Spotlight: Janeane Kearney
How did your Kyäni Journey begin?
We fell in love with Kyäni because of its great business model and generous compensation plan. We wanted to generate an additional income so we could move away from full-time employment and have a lifestyle business from home.
We soon saw the difference the products made in our and others’ lives and discovered an incredible culture of giving and care that came from the amazing founders. We have met many people along the way, shared incredible experiences, and have formed great friendships.
What prompted you to get involved with the Caring Hands initiative?
Early on in our journey, we were encouraged to give back by having Potato Paks on subscription and we have continued this to today. Caring Hands has changed the way we live our lives, encouraging us to volunteer wherever we can and contribute along with our team to Caring Hands Day and other charitable causes. Being part of Caring Hands trips to Manila and Tanzania have been highlights of our Kyäni journey.
How did these trips affect your personal life?
In so many ways. It’s hard to put in words. You always get more out of a trip like this than what you give.
It made me realise how fortunate we are. Not only because we live in an abundantly rich country, but also because we get to be part of a charity where the money goes where it is really needed. And Kyäni provides a unique opportunity whereby we get the chance to personally witness the good our commitment achieves.
I always had a dream to go to Africa but would have never had the chance to do it. But Kyäni provided. To see our founders’ level of involvement for myself, to see them with their sleeves rolled up, to see the fire burning in their eyes, to experience first hand how much it means to them – this no doubt created a greater belief in Kyäni.
This is what encouraged us to look around locally and find ways to extend Caring Hands in our community. But that is a story for another time.
What are your personal Kyäni goals for this year?
Today we want to help our team achieve their goals and improve as many people’s health as possible with the benefits of the products and Nitro Nutrition.
Stories must be told, values must be shared.
Rick and Janeane Kearney wanted to move away from full-time employment and were looking for a lifestyle business. With Kyäni they got so much more; a lifestyle of caring, giving, and helping that raised them up as strong pillars of our Kyäni ANZ business.
