Chat in real time with our customer service team members who will be able to assist you with any questions you may have about your Kyäni account.
When you log into your Back Office between the hours of 9:00am – 5:00pm AEDT, you’ll notice a chat box that says, “Chat with Us”. Simply enter your name and Kyani ID number, and type in your query and you will be connected to a Kyani customer service team member who will respond to you promptly.
