Potato Pak Tax Receipts

For U.S. Business Partners, tax season is fast approaching! Because your Potato Pak purchases were donated to Convoy of Hope, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, you can request a receipt for tax deduction purposes. Please complete this form to request your receipt. If you have issues with the form, please contact Kyäni Customer Service at (208) 529-9872 to request a receipt for your purchases.

The deadline to request a Potato Pak Donation Receipt is April 30.
