Nitric Oxide: A Brief Background

In 1998, three scientists were awarded the Nobel Prize in Physiology and Medicine for their research on nitric oxide. Even though some of our exceptional products support nitric oxide production, we must avoid the appearance of any connection with Kyäni research or Kyäni products and the Nobel Prize.

How to Share

When sharing Kyani’s nitro-inspired products, stick to the benefits of nitric oxide. Always make it clear that Kyäni was not involved with the Nobel Prize research or award. Please keep in mind any marketing material you produce must not include Nobel Prize medal images or the names and/or photos of the three scientists. This goes for any print, video, exhibits, or social media posts. Before we seem like the bad guys here, these are actually registered trademarks and have copyrights that cannot be used for commercial purposes without written permission from the Nobel Foundation.
