Inspirational Education All Day Long!

Amare’s 2022 International Convention focused on celebrating a year of Transformation. Convention attendees heard from the corporate executive team and top field leaders on a variety of topics including big picture vision, the mental wellness story, product education, key insights on best business practices, team culture and motivation, and personal development.

Here are some of the highlights:

Amare Founder, Hiep Tran & Chief Executive Officer, Jared Turner

Amare Founder Hiep Tran and Chief Executive Officer Jared Turner delivered powerful insights into where the company is headed and big picture vision as The Mental Wellness Company. Jared (“JT”) highlighted our March to Million mission to get Amare products into a million homes in the next five years!

President of Global Sales, Gabby Sanchez

Curious to see where Amare is headed in the world? Watch the replay of Gabby Sanchez’s announcements of international market expansion. He shared how Amare’s new global footprint, as the result of the strategic partnership with Kyäni, is creating more opportunities around the world. 

Gabby also introduced Amare’s partnership with The Children’s Center Utah, an organization dedicated to providing mental health resources for children. Throughout the Convention, funds were raised by Convention attendees to support their efforts!

Chief Financial Officer, Kent Wood

Chief Financial Officer Kent Wood highlighted the factors that have contributed to the significant and monumental growth Amare has experienced this year. He shared 5 things that make the Amare opportunity so exciting right now:

Chief Science Officer, Dr. Shawn Talbott

Chief Science Officer, Dr. Shawn Talbott provided in-depth education on the 3 new products launched during convention, in both general sessions and the special VIP session. He explained the gut-skin axis science behind DermaBiotics Plant-Based Regenerating Serum and DermBiotics Plant-Based Collagen Spray. He helped listeners understand the gut-health benefits of our new Pep healthier-for-you energy drink.

Executive Vice President of Global Marketing, Andrea Neipp

EVP of Global Marketing, Andrea Neipp delivered a powerful presentation about Hiep Tran’s founding story of Amare and what mental wellness and mental fitness mean as a company.  She encouraged Convention attendees to get out of their comfort zones and “GET GUTSY” to transform their lives.

Executive Vice President of Global Sales, Oliver Dibblee

EVP of Global Sales, Oliver Dibblee announced several new programs and sales tools to help all Brand Partners grow their businesses! Amare now has a powerful Back Office app called Builder designed to help you stay organized as you share Amare with others. He also announced new incentives including Path to Paradise, Leadership Summit, Love Your Journey, and the Incentive Trip. 

Keynote Speaker, Aly F. Canavan

Aly F. Canavan is an internationally recognized speaker and UCLA trained Mindfulness Facilitator from The Semele Institute of Neuroscience and Human Behavior and so much more! She spoke about the power of transformation and led attendees in mindfulness practices that they can apply to their own business-building journeys!

Recognition Gala for the Books

Convention ended with an out-of-this-world celebration at the Recognition Gala! Dressed to impress, Convention attendees gathered to congratulate all their friends and teammates for the amazing work they accomplished throughout the past year. After dinner and celebration, attendees finished off the night with dancing to music by 24K Magic!

Donation to The Children’s Center Utah

Amare is proud to partner with the Children’s Center Utah as part of our Mental Wellness Mission! During Convention, donations from our Brand Partners and Customers totaled $30,000! We presented The Children’s Center Utah CEO and President Rebecca J. Dutson with a donation check at our Recognition Gala.  

The Children’s Center Utah provides comprehensive mental health care to enhance the emotional well-being of infants, toddlers, preschoolers, and their families. They provide comprehensive mental health services for children including therapeutic preschool, trauma treatment, and child and family therapy
