Last week’s ingredient spotlight highlighted the natural sweetener, Stevia Extract. So this week we’re going to be delving even further into this sweet topic to highlight another natural sweetener – Monk Fruit!
Monk Fruit Extract is harvested from the small seeds contained within the round monk fruit, also known as lo han guo or Swingle fruit (Siraitia grosvenorii).
The sweetener extract is made by removing the seeds, crushing the fruit, and harvesting the juices that come from it.
Monk Fruit is 150-200 times sweeter than sugar, adding sweetness to foods and beverages without the unwanted calories!
Monk Fruit Extract is found in our Kyäni FIT20!
Check it out for yourself today! Can you taste the difference?
