How to use the Link generator?

Link generator is the perfect tool to support the business activities you do each day for supporting your business by streamlining the process of enrolling.
For finding the generator navigate to your BackOffice, click “ENROLL” on the left side, and then select “Link Generator” in the drop down menu.

Step1:
After clicking link generator, the page will automatically open to the shopping cart function. Click on the enrollment tab to get started using the enrollment function.

First, you’ll see your sponsor ID field which is automatically populated. This ensures that when your prospective Business Partner enrolls, they know they are enrolling as part of your organization and you get credit for your efforts–including retail profit, Customer builder bonus, and volume.

Step 2:
Select the country and language for the Business Partner you’re enrolling. After this, the page will expand to display the advanced options of the enrollment function. There will be fields to enter your potential Business Partner’s name, other personal information, and their selected placement.

Fill out only the new Business Partner’s name and their placement. This personalizes the link but allows the new Business Partner to keep the rest of their personal information confidential.

Step 3:
After filling out all of the information, use the link! Click the copy button next to the link and paste it into an email or your favourite messaging platform. You can also generate a QR code.

Step 4:
After clicking on the link or scanning the QR code, your potential Business Partner will be taken to Kyäni’s enrollment page to fill out any additional information. Your name and ID will be displayed at the top of the page. Once they’re done filling out the information, they simply click “Continue” and are taken to the Kyäni store.

Pro-Tip: Check out the preview on the right-hand side of the web page (or under the “Preview” tab on mobile) to see all of the enrollment bundles your prospective Business Partner will see when they click on the link you send.
