When you have a burning question or just need some help, we strive to be able to assist you in a way that is convenient for you. That’s why we offer the Live Chat feature in your Back Office! Chat in real time with our customer service team members who will be able to assist you with any questions you may have about your Kyäni account. 

When you log into your Back Office between the hours of 9:00am – 5:00pm AEDT, you’ll notice a chat box that says, “Chat with Us”. Simply enter your name and Kyani ID number, and type in your query and you will be connected to a Kyani customer service team member who will respond to you promptly.

This is just one of the many ways you can connect with Kyäni.
