Meet 90-Day Healthy Living Challenge Achiever, William Henry!

William Henry, a 67-year-old science teacher from Idaho, had been taking Kyäni products for about a year when he decided to join the 90-Day Healthy Living Challenge. Besides wanting to lose weight and feel better overall, William had an additional objective in mind.

“I’m one of these types of people who wanted to see what the results would be,” he said. “I wanted to put the products to the test.”

William explained that he hoped his participation in the challenge would inspire his 500 students and those he came in contact with. He wanted everyone to see that “choosing to do a challenge like this will improve your health and make you feel better.”

Throughout his challenge, William used the Triangle of Health “religiously,” as well as integrated the FIT20 and HL5 into his meal plan. He continued to exercise regularly, aiming to lose 20 pounds overall.

After following a consistent routine, he accomplished his weight loss goal by the end of the challenge, plus lowered his blood pressure and cholesterol levels.  

“I feel rejuvenated,” he said.

 William plans to spend his summer gardening, staying active, and participating in another 90-Day Healthy Living Challenge.
