Meet Jeon Hakyoung, a 90-Day Healthy Living Challenge Achiever from Korea!


As Business Partners and Customers around the world accepted Kyäni’s 90-day Healthy Living Challenge, we’ve had the opportunity to interview many with unique goals and results. 

Recently, we connected with Jeon Hakyoung, a participant from Korea, to learn more about her experience throughout the 90 days. 

Q:  Why did you decide to take part in the 90-day challenge? What was your goal?

A: Because I lived a bad lifestyle where I slept late, ate during late hours, skipped breakfasts, and so forth, my health became worse. I started taking lots of medications. The reason why I participated in this Challenge is I wanted to change my previous lifestyle, gain muscle, and lose weight. I proceeded to use Kyäni as part of my weight loss program.

Q: How did you feel before and after the challenge?

A: While I was doing this, I felt depressed and I wanted to give up because I didn’t notice many changes in my body. But now the changes in my body continue to appear even after finishing the 90-day challenge. My body now feels light, my waist is getting slimmer, and my leg muscles are getting stronger. It’s an amazing experience. I’d recommend it as such a healthy program that gives satisfaction—even more so after the program is over.

Q: What did you do specifically throughout the challenge to reach your goal?

A: I kept walking ten thousand steps a day. Also, I did not consume foods made with flour such as cookies, bread, or ramen, which I used to eat often. I tried to change my eating habits of skipping breakfast in order to maintain a well-regulated life.

Q:  Which Kyäni products did you use throughout the challenge?

A: I took Sunrise, Sunset, Nitro Xtreme, HL5, FIT20, and probiotics continuously, with twice more than the recommended daily intake.

Q: Any advice for those considering the challenge?

A: I believe trying to live a regular life is the most important thing. It wasn’t too difficult to sleep and eat food at a fixed time. I also think walking 10,000 steps a day is really effective for health care.

Judging will take place quarterly, and the prizes will be awarded annually from stage at the 2021 International Convention in Salt Lake City!
