Core 140+ Chocolate Chia Pudding
Ingredients
- 3 Tbsp black chia seeds
- 1 Tbsp cacao powder
- 2 scoops Core 140+
- 2 Tbsp maple syrup
- 3/4 cup almond milk
- Coconut whipped cream, chopped nuts, and chocolate chips to garnish (optional)
Instructions
Whisk together the Core 140+, chia seeds, cacao powder, maple syrup, and almond milk in a bowl. Allow the mixture to sit for 10–15 minutes until it has thickened. Give it a stir before serving, then add the chia pudding into a jar (or keep it in the bowl). Top it with coconut whipped cream, nuts, and chocolate chips if desired!
