That’s why it’s so important for all of us to share compliantly, with proper context and key details.

Trust us, we don’t want to be the bad guys. And we think we can all agree that being proactive is the best way to stay compliant. Our compliance experts are excited to offer opportunities to learn and practice with Compliance Corner. This time, we’re looking at income claims.

About Income Claims

Kyäni offers the opportunity to make some extra money, and that’s exciting! We understand how tempting it is for Business Partners to advertise this opportunity and share all the incredible stories from Business Partners who have made it into the top ranks. In fact, we encourage it! But it’s essential to do so compliantly.

This is where our Compliance Department comes in. We work to help Business Partners set realistic expectations of what the Kyäni opportunity can do for people. One of our biggest income-related tools is the Global Income Disclosure Statement,  found in your Back Office and at income.kyani.com.

Now, let’s take a look at some of the biggest Dos and Don’ts when it comes to making claims related to income.

Income Claims DOs

• Do share the Global Income Disclosure Statement.
• Do emphasize that reaching each rank takes hard work and dedication.
• Do state how many hours you spend each week building your Kyäni business.
• Do share how much experience you have with the direct selling industry.

Income Claims DON’Ts

• Don’t post copies of commission checks or Back Office screenshots.
• Don’t use the word “free” to advertise the Kyäni Car Program.
• Don’t make lavish or unrealistic lifestyle claims.
• Don’t offer or imply any guarantee of success by simply following a system.
