Enjoying all the Fall flavors doesn’t have to mean being unhealthy. Pumpkin is one of Fall’s favorite fruits, and it’s nutrient-dense and packed with Vitamin A and antioxidants, so why not add it to your favorite post-workout protein, FIT20!
While summer may be over, that doesn’t mean you have to give up your favorite on-the-go smoothies as a delicious and nutritious snack. We created this spicy fall recipe to try with your FIT20 to keep your health goals on track, while still enjoying a pumpkin-packed treat!
Kyäni FIT20 Pumpkin Spice Protein Smoothie
Serves: 1
Prep time: 5 minutes
Ingredients
- 1 packet Kyäni FIT20
- 1 banana, chopped and frozen
- 1 cup of your favorite milk (we used unsweetened vanilla almond milk)
- ¼ cup pumpkin purée
- ½ teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
- ¼ teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 cup Ice
Topping (optional)
- Whipped Cream
- Dash of Cinnamon
Directions
Add all ingredients to your blender. Blend until smooth, pour into glass, and enjoy!
