Enjoying all the Fall flavors doesn’t have to mean being unhealthy. Pumpkin is one of Fall’s favorite fruits, and it’s nutrient-dense and packed with Vitamin A and antioxidants, so why not add it to your favorite post-workout protein, FIT20! While summer may be over, that doesn’t mean you have to give up your favorite on-the-go smoothies as a delicious and nutritious snack. We created this spicy fall recipe to try with your FIT20 to keep your health goals on track, while still enjoying a pumpkin-packed treat! Kyäni FIT20 Pumpkin Spice Protein Smoothie Serves: 1Prep time: 5 minutes Ingredients 1 packet Kyäni FIT201 banana, chopped and frozen1 cup of your favorite milk (we used unsweetened vanilla almond milk)¼ cup pumpkin purée½ teaspoon pumpkin pie spice¼ teaspoon cinnamon1 cup Ice Topping (optional) Whipped CreamDash of Cinnamon Directions Add all ingredients to your blender.
