Kickoff the Fall season with a FIT20 Pumpkin Spice Protein Smoothie!


Happy Autumn everyone! It’s that time of the year again where we get to watch the leaves change, pull out our cozy sweaters, and indulge in everything pumpkin-spiced!

Enjoying all the Fall flavors doesn’t have to mean being unhealthy. Pumpkin is one of Fall’s favorite fruits, and it’s nutrient-dense and packed with Vitamin A and antioxidants, so why not add it to your favorite post-workout protein, FIT20! 

While summer may be over, that doesn’t mean you have to give up your favorite on-the-go smoothies as a delicious and nutritious snack. We created this spicy fall recipe to try with your FIT20 to keep your health goals on track, while still enjoying a pumpkin-packed treat!

Kyäni FIT20 Pumpkin Spice Protein Smoothie

Serves: 1
Prep time: 5 minutes

Ingredients

  • 1 packet Kyäni FIT20
  • 1 banana, chopped and frozen
  • 1 cup of your favorite milk (we used unsweetened vanilla almond milk)
  • ¼  cup pumpkin purée
  • ½ teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • ¼  teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 cup Ice

Topping (optional)

  • Whipped Cream
  • Dash of Cinnamon 

Directions

Add all ingredients to your blender. Blend until smooth, pour into glass, and enjoy!

*Try topping with fresh whipped cream and a dash of cinnamon for the ultimate healthy dessert!
