We have recently enhanced the process for completing Business Partner agreements. This improved automated process enables new and current Business Partners to review and accept updated Terms and Conditions, Policies and Procedures, Privacy Policy, and Compensation Plan documents in a more streamlined way. It also allows Kyäni to better store these agreements in our system.

Here’s what you need to know:

Current Business Partners: When Terms and Conditions, Policies and Procedures, Privacy Policy, and Compensation Plan documents are updated, you will see a pop-up notification the next time you log in to your BackOffice. This will prompt you to approve the updated agreements. 

New Business Partners: New team members will receive a notice when they log in to their BackOffice for the first time. 

Please note: All Business Partners must agree to these documents in order to access their BackOffice. This will be a one-time step to accept the most recent agreements. If any updates are made to these agreements in the future, it will follow the same automated process.
