As Amare began to expand globally, we knew we needed to find the right dynamic leader to run our global sales initiatives. Luckily we found Oliver Dibblee – an expert leader with not only the experience to develop global strategies, but also the skills to guide and inspire a diverse group of Brand Partners around the world.
Oliver brings over 12 years of experience in the consumer product goods industry to his role. Prior to joining Amare, Oliver spent three years as the Senior Director of Business Development and was responsible for $900 million of sales in North America.
Oliver received a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Economics from the University of Utah, where he graduated Cum Laude in his class. After graduating, he worked for some of the largest CPG companies and was responsible for strategic sales planning, P&L management, GTM sourcing and execution, operational efficiency, and achieving aggressive sales targets. He held a variety of positions including District Sales Leader, Key Account Manager, Zone Business Manager, Territory Manager, and General Manager.
At Amare, Oliver leads and creates the entire sales department strategy and owns the sales AOP revenue targets. He creates in depth sales analysis and training materials while also developing reports and strategies that complement other key department targets and initiatives.
Oliver resides in Salt Lake City, Utah, with his wife Lisa of twelve years and their three children – Jack (9), Liam (7) and Lily (4). Oliver is a sports and fitness aficionado and hopes one day to witness all four Grand Slams in tennis.
