Leaders Spotlight – Meet Bianca

Welcome to a new series called, Leaders Spotlight! 

We have so many inspiring Business Partners and Leaders, and feel it is our responsibility to share the stories of those who are working tirelessly to share the Kyäni vision and mission with all those around them. 

We are kicking off the series with our General Manager of Australia and New Zealand, Bianca Cosentino: 

What do you love most about Kyäni?

There is SO much that I love about Kyäni. Our people, our company, our products. There is something incredibly special about Kyäni, and for me – I believe this magic comes from our core values and the unwavering belief in these values by all in our business. The dedication of our Business Partners, the loyalty of our Customers, and the commitment of our executive and Corporate team. 

What are you most excited about this year and what are the key cornerstones you would like to achieve personally? 

I am excited about celebrating the success of our Business Partners as we continue to positively impact the health of Australia and New Zealand! 

We have so many initiatives planned to support, including new products, new incentives, new business tools and resources and more digital enhancements. The momentum we are already seeing in the business is phenomenal, and I know that these initiatives will help to drive this growth even further forward. 

Our goal is to identify and implement opportunities to make it easier for you to do business, whilst continuing to work to enhance the overall Business Partner and Customer Experience. 

I am truly excited for this year and cannot wait to witness all that we will collectively achieve together. 

What inspires and fuels your Kyäni journey?

Our Kyäni Business Partners and leaders truly inspire me everyday. The level of support and genuine care of our Business Partners is unique. Kyäni is about family and culture – the fact we have the world’s greatest nutritional products is the icing on the (PFC approved) cake!
