A key part of this integration process is that the Kyäni leadership will continue to be involved at Amare. Kyäni Co-Founder Carl Taylor and the widows of Kyäni’s late Co-Founders Kirk and Jim, Rebecca Hansen and LeAnn Hansen, are shareholders of Amare. Carl will serve on the Board of Directors at Amare. Kyäni CEO Katy Holt-Larsen will continue as the new Chief Impact Officer on the executive team at Amare and many other corporate leaders you love will be joining Amare and continuing their support of this amazing movement. Together, we will be further empowered to reach a greater global audience at a historical time that’s never been more critical.

While there is much to look forward to in this new chapter, we’d like to assure you that it’s business as usual. Keep doing what you are doing to share the Kyäni products and opportunity! This integration process will take some time to complete and there are many details to work through, such as integrating business and IT systems, reviewing next steps to integrate the brands and, of course, the compensation plan. We are committed to keeping you updated every step of the way and will be holding regional and/or market specific calls within the next few days to provide you with the level of detail you need to continue to grow your business successfully. During these calls, we will provide you with details and a roadmap of what to expect in the next 30-60-90 days. We’ve got you covered!
