RECOGNITION PHOTOS

Dear Business Partners,

When uploading a recognition photo to your BackOffice, please, make sure it matches the following criteria:

1. JPG, PNG, or TIF format
2. Sharp & good quality
3. Adequate lighting
4. No filters or frames
5. Photo shows only yourself well visibly – if your significant other is involved in the business, they may be in the photo as well
   – No children, pets, cars, etc.
6. Face the camera, angle head-on
7. Present yourself professionally & appropriately
   – No sunglasses, hats, etc.
   – No hand gestures
   – No Identification Card photos
8. Plain & simple background
   – No excess background, but background space needs to be above the head and on the sides
9. You must own the copyrights for the photo you submit!
