We all love Restore’s 5-in-1 gut health formula, which features an innovative probiotic blend that supports nitric oxide production to support healthy digestion. This premium formula also includes digestive enzymes and herbs to soothe and balance digestion, minimize bloating, support the liver and kidneys, and promote overall gut health.

Perhaps you’re one of the thousands who have already fallen in love with Restore and have seamlessly added it to your daily Kyäni routine – that’s great! And for some, there may be a few instances in which it may take a little time for your body to adjust, which is completely normal.

In fact, some people may experience discomfort when beginning a new digestive enzyme and/or probiotic. This often occurs when there is dysbiosis within the digestive system.

What is Dysbiosis?

A variety of bacteria are supposed to live harmoniously in our digestive tract. However, poor diet and antibiotic use can destroy healthy bacteria and feed unhealthy bacteria, causing an imbalance in the system. 

What Happens Next?  

When trying to Restore balance, it can be a bit like a battle in the intestine. As unhealthy bacteria are destroyed, they may present what are called “die-off” symptoms. These symptoms may spark unpleasant side effects like gas, bloating, diarrhea, or constipation. 

What Can You Do During this Balancing Process?

If you are experiencing these types of symptoms when taking Kyäni Restore, here are some ways you can make the transition more comfortable:

  1. Start by taking only one capsule with a meal per day.
  2. If you still experience discomfort after 3 days or want to begin more slowly, take only one capsule every other day.
  3. Once you feel good taking one capsule, add another with a second meal (i.e. Take one with breakfast and one with dinner).
  4. Once you feel good with this regimen, add another with a third meal (i.e. Take one with breakfast, one with lunch, and one with dinner).
  5. Once you feel good with this regimen, add a second capsule with breakfast.
  6. Continue this pattern until you reach two capsules with each meal.
